To register for our programs, stop by the Parks and Recreation Office or call (660) 826.4930. Payment is required at the time of registration. We accept Cash, Check, Visa & MasterCard.
Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.
MINI TRIATHLON (BEGINNERS)

The whole family can sign up for this triathlon! All events will be held at Centennial Park & Pool. Register by July 5 to be guaranteed a shirt and avoid a late fee.
Age 7-8: Swim 25 yds, bike .5 mile, run .5 mile.
Age 9-10: Swim 50 yds, bike 1 mile, run 1 mile.
Age 11-12: Swim 100 yds, bike 2 miles, run 1.5 miles.
Age 13+: Swim 150 yds, bike 3 miles, run 2 miles.

Grab your dog and a leash and join us for our Dog Jog on Saturday, August 24 at Liberty Park. Race check-in is at 7:30 a.m. and the run will begin at 8 a.m. $25 per each human/dog pairing. Jogging with more than one dog? Additional dogs are $5 each. Register by August 9!

SENIOR FITNESS CLASS

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength. This is a low level fitness class for seniors. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated. Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.
