Vinyasa based class where movement is linked with breath, using a variety of postures to cultivate balance, strength, flexibility and endurance; while learning to quiet the mind to find peace and inner stillness. All levels welcome; bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Instructor ~ Nicci Funk.  All Classes held upstairs at Convention Hall in Liberty Park.

FUNK-tional Yoga– Mondays & Thursday  9 am-10am – 8 Classes
May 1 – 25 – Deadline April 27
June 5 – 29 – Deadline June 1
July 10 – August 3 – Deadline July 6
August 7-31 – Deadline August 3

Evening Yoga –   Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. – 8 Classes
     May 2 – 25- Deadline April 27
June 6- 29 – Deadline June 1
July 11 – August 3 – Deadline July 6
August 8 – 31 – Deadline August 3

Fees:
4 week sessions- $64 (2x a week) or   $32 ( 1x a week)
Drop in rate: $10 per class, paid to instructor, cash only.
