Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.

POUND is a fusion of cardio, strength training, Pilates, and HIIT techniques ramped up with the super hip elements of drumming. Your Ripstix are provided. Taught by Vita Razumovsky, certified Pound Pro instructor.

Belly dancing is a beautiful and feminine form of dance taught by Lori Moore, a professional belly dancer trained by Moon Belly Dance Studio of Columbia.  You will learn technique, musicality, history, dance etiquette, costuming, and more.  The class is one hour consisting of warm up, dance techniques, and cool down.  Dress comfortably.  Showing your belly is not required.

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.  This is a low level fitness class for seniors.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated.  Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

Put your running shoes on for the Shamrock Shuffle 5k at Centennial Park!  Prizes will be given for Best Leprechaun, Most Spirited, and Most Green.  Participants who finish the course receive a medal.

Register by February 13 to be guaranteed a shirt!  After the deadline, shirts are not guaranteed and there is a $5 late fee.

Join us at Katy Park for our first “Mismatched 5k.”  Dress in your most mismatched outfit and we’ll provide mismatched bibs and medals from previous 5k’s including the Haunted Run, Sweetheart 5K, and more.  A limited amount of shirts from previous runs will be available for sale during check-in the day of the race.
