Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.  This is a low level fitness class for seniors.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated.  Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

POUND is a fusion of cardio, strength training, Pilates, and HIIT techniques ramped up with the super hip elements of drumming. Your Ripstix are provided. Taught by Vita Razumovsky, certified Pound Pro instructor.

While running this chase-race you’ll be wearing a flag football belt. There will be many hungry zombies and haunted creatures out there who will want your flags. Make it over the finish line with even one flag and you’re a survivor!

Run will be held at Clover Dell Park. Check-in is at the Clover Dell Park lake shelter.
