To register for our programs, stop by the Parks and Recreation Office or call (660) 826.4930. Payment is required at the time of registration. We accept Cash, Check, Visa & MasterCard.
Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.
SENIOR FITNESS CLASS
Thursdays April 4-25
Drop-in rate: $5 per class
This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength. This is a low level fitness class for seniors. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated. Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

Join us in celebrating May the 4th with our Star Wars themed 5k! Dress in your favorite Star Wars attire and show that YODA best runner! Runners will receive finisher’s medals. Prizes for the best outfits will be given. 5k is held at Hubbard Park.

Join us for a yoga session with your furry friend! Furry friends are welcome to join you in your session but must be calm and not distracting others or you may be asked to leave. All dogs MUST be leashed at all times during the session. Dogs must be friendly. Yoga session taught by Nicci Funk.

POUND is a fusion of cardio, strength training, Pilates, and HIIT techniques ramped up with the super hip elements of drumming. Your Ripstix are provided. Taught by Vita Razumovsky, certified Pound Pro instructor.

Grab a couple of friends and join us for some Zumba fun! Smile, laugh, and sweat to some classic Latin songs as well as some popular dance music. Dress to match the theme of the night for a little extra fun! Our theme for May is “Superhero Zumba Party.” Taught by Tobi Chambers.
