To register for our programs, stop by the Parks and Recreation Office or call (660) 826.4930.
Payment is required at the time of registration.  We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.

1x/week for 4 weeks: $32

All classes are taught by Nicci Funk and are held at Convention Hall (upstairs).

"SIT & FIT" SENIOR FITNESS

Drop-in rate: $5/class

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.  This is a low level fitness class for seniors.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated.  Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

BELLY DANCING

Belly dancing is a beautiful and feminine form of dance taught by Lori Moore, a professional belly dancer trained by Moon Belly Dance Studio of Columbia.  You will learn technique, musicality, history, dance etiquette, costuming, and more.  The class is one hour consisting of warm up, dance techniques, and cool down.  Dress comfortably.  Showing your belly is not required.
