Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.

POUND is a fusion of cardio, strength training, Pilates, and HIIT techniques ramped up with the super hip elements of drumming. Your Ripstix are provided. Taught by Vita Razumovsky, certified Pound Pro instructor.

Belly dancing is a beautiful and feminine form of dance taught by Lori Moore, a professional belly dancer trained by Moon Belly Dance Studio of Columbia.  You will learn technique, musicality, history, dance etiquette, costuming, and more.  The class is one hour consisting of warm up, dance techniques, and cool down.  Dress comfortably.  Showing your belly is not required.

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.  This is a low level fitness class for seniors.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated.  Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

Zombies are in full force this year so this run has went VIRTUAL!  Register for the Zombie 5k, run or walk 3.1 miles at the date/time of your choosing anytime between October 1-31.  Pick up your medal at the Parks & Recreation Office by November 2.  Cost is $10 per person, picking up the medal at our office.  Total cost is $15 if you would like the medal mailed to you.
