Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.  This is a low level fitness class for seniors.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated.  Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

Belly dancing is a beautiful and feminine form of dance taught by Lori Moore, a professional belly dancer trained by Moon Belly Dance Studio of Columbia.  You will learn technique, musicality, history, dance etiquette, costuming, and more.  The class is one hour consisting of warm up, dance techniques, and cool down.  Dress comfortably.  Showing your belly is not required.

Ever wondered what it might be like to run for your life? Get the closest experience when you enter this unique 5k! While running this chase-race you’ll be wearing a flag football belt. There will be many hungry zombies out there who will want your flags. Make it over the finish line with even one of your flags and you’re a survivor! Loose them and you’re a zombie. Everyone registered by October 6th will go home with a t-shirt and the first 150 finishers will go home with a medal.
