Late Registration Policy: If availability allows, and we accept registration after the deadline, a $5 late fee will apply to programs and a $20 late fee will apply to all leagues.

Join us for our Autism Awareness 5k!  This is a fun run starting/ending at Liberty Park.  This will not be timed.  Participants registered by August 21 will receive a shirt!

Looking to try something different in your exercise routine? Try Glow Dance Fitness at SPR!  Taught by Vita Razumovsky – Pound, Tanya Burton – dance, and Britney Fisher – dance.  Arrive to class early to decorate with glow sticks and take pictures.

This fitness class uses gentle cardio and resistance training activities to increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and maintain muscle strength.  This is a low level fitness class for seniors.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises while seated.  Classes are held 9:00-10:00 a.m. in the Convention Hall gym.

Belly dancing is a beautiful and feminine form of dance taught by Lori Moore, a professional belly dancer trained by Moon Belly Dance Studio of Columbia.  You will learn technique, musicality, history, dance etiquette, costuming, and more.  The class is one hour consisting of warm up, dance techniques, and cool down.  Dress comfortably.  Showing your belly is not required.
