- C25K is a program designed to get just about anyone from the couch to walking, jogging, or running a 5K (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. The schedule will require 3 workouts per week for you to complete on your own. There will be weekly prizes and a grand prize for completing the training. On March 9, we will finish up the challenge with the Shamrock Shuffle 5K at Centennial Park.
- Includes Shamrock Shuffle 5K registration, race t-shirt, finisher medal, training material, and accountability group.
- Register by January 9th
- Kickoff Event January 10th at 6pm at HCC
