Community Couch to 5K

C25K is a program designed to get just about anyone from the couch to walking, jogging, or running a 5K (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. The schedule will require 3 workouts per week to complete on your own. There will be weekly prizes and a grand prize for completing the training. On March 15, the challenge ends with the Shamrock Shuffle 5K at Centennial Park. Registration includes Shamrock Shuffle 5K, race t-shirt, finisher medal, training material, and accountability group.
