It has been brought to our attention today (July 27 at 4:50pm by Pettis County Health Center) that an Assistant Coach in our 11 & 12 year old youth baseball league has tested positive for Covid-19. Therefore we have made the decision to cancel the last games of playoff that were to finish this week for the safety and well being of all players, fans, and staff. We are saddened that we will miss playoffs this year, but thankful to have had the opportunity to play ball during the regular season. Any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at 660-826-4930 or email@example.com.
Playgrounds are now open but we remind patrons that playgrounds are not sanitized, use at your own risk. Please be respectful of others, be safe, and have fun! We encourage everyone to bring and use hand sanitizer often when in the parks and playing on equipment. Wash hands before coming and immediately after leaving. If you feel sick at all, please stay home! Thank you for your cooperation!
Due to work at the Heckart Community Center site (Liberty Park track & football field area), the area is now closed to the public. For more information, please call the Parks & Recreation Office at 660 826-4930.
