DESCRIPTION:4 rounds of 100cc random track cups\, normal cpu\, normal items with scores used to seed a double elimination bracket. If there are enough entrants\, two brackets will be created based on age. Older bracket will move up to 150cc and younger will stay at 100cc. Smart steering can be used if necessary.

For returning guards that need to get recertified\, the cost is $75.
