DESCRIPTION:9 Week Training Program\nJanuary 12– March 9\nC25K is a program designed to get just about anyone from the couch to walking\, jogging\, or running a 5K (3.1 miles) in 9 weeks. The schedule will require 3 workouts per week for you to complete on your own. There will be weekly prizes and a grand prize for completing the training. On March 9\, we will finish up the challenge with the Shamrock Shuffle 5K at Centennial Park.\nIncludes Shamrock Shuffle 5K registration\, race t-shirt\, finisher medal\, training material\, and accountability group.\nRegister by January 9th\nKickoff Event January 10th at 6pm at HCC
