The Liberty Land Flyer train has operated in Liberty Park for many years by the Sunrise Optimists.
Sunrise Optimist volunteers plan to run the train Saturdays and Sundays between Memorial Day & Labor Day from 1 - 3 p.m., however; this schedule is not always guaranteed due other commitments by the Sunrise Optimists and their volunteers. (The train will not operate while the Missouri State Fair is being held). There is a charge of 50c per person.
