A gentle mindful practice for the body, mind & spirit is nurturing and less strenuous style of yoga includes slow stretches to increase flexibility and range of motion. All postures are taught at a relaxed pace, linking the breath and movement. All levels welcome!

VI- December 4 – December 22 (3Week session- prices will be discounted)
Cost: $64 / full session; $32/for 1 day a week
